Customer has a Magix with a PRI, 10 channels. I set up an extension that is forwarded to an off premise number. When I call the ext PRI line all I get is a fast busy. If you call the extension directly from within the system, EXT 125, the call forwards with no problem. I turned on trunk transfer. Any ideas??

Sounds dumb, but check Loop Start Reliable Disconnect set to On. Make sure Trunk to Trunk and RCF are set for the extension doing the transfer, as well as the ARS restriction level. Don't forget the VM ports if that is what is performing the transfer.

I got the RCF on, and trunk to trunk. I'll check the ARS. The VM in not in play as it's a direct number. The loop start is worth checking. I'll report back.
