It looks like several months ago the default trunk 99011 "Unused CO Trunks" was deleted. now my system crashes when I try to add a trunk. Is there a way to recreate this missing trunk or create the equivalent?
Thank you.

You are probably going to have to run your database through the Database Repair Utility, unless someone has a better idea. I have had this happen to me and that was the only way to resolve it.

I have never used the DB repair utility. Can you tell me what I need to do to run this?

I think I figured out the repair utility.
I ran the DB Test and did repair all. It seemed to have brought it back.
Now I want to resore this DB to my live system. I should do this end of day right , since it will reboot my system and kill phones for a minute or two.
I ahve a backup before repair and after so if it goes back I can restore to the DB missing the trunk group.
Thanks.

Lost Trunks PP011. This has been a comedy of errors. starting with no config back ups 1. Moved unused trunks PP011 to CO Trunks. 2. Renamed PP011 to 8210 (first error) 3. Test trunks, only get ring on first trunk. 4. unable to move trunks back to unused 5. delete trunks 8210 6. Major alarm, not able connect via session manager.Socket refused
If you have any advice please help. Pointed LCP "working" to a back up folder on node 2 and it seems to load node 1 trunks.
Restore backup on session manager is greyed out. Where and how do you restore?? if at all possible

This post is 3 years old...you would be better off starting a new one.
