Customer has a MICS that lost power over the weekend. I program lines 3 and 4 corrected the time and date and reprogram all one touch buttons. Before once the MICS connects to other parties vm the tones will still work and they could access all the features of the other parties vm. Since the power outages once they connect to other parties and MICS will not access theirs vm sounds like no tones. I tried feature 808 works sometimes but they never had to use that. Did I miss some other programs maybe under lines or other sets? please help this is a new customer I would like to keep Neil

Lost Power - System will default for short power out when Caps are bad. or if very long time outage, then system can also default. Caps keep programming for maybe 3-30 days. Sounds like you need to replace caps or it will default again. System default = pulse dialing. Need to set to Tone Dialing.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
