A person in our office is getting a system alarm #203 on his phone. I looked up this alarm and see that it is caused be a loss of communication between the system and voice processsing CPU.
This location will be converted to Voip by the end of the year.
What can I do to clear the alarm? Should I be concerned or address the issue immediately?
It's an Eclipse/Inter-Tel 5.346.
Thank You,
Troy

you should be concerned, this alarm unless the problem has been resolved means VM is not operational. The connection is either serial or via TCP/IP.

It is possible that the 203 cleared, possibly a network issue? If the 203 is current there will be no voicemail service for anyone.
