Very strange problem I'm trying to solve. My customer has an OS7100 ver. 4.53c with 6 pots lines, 12 digital extensions, and 3 offsite voip extensions. On occasion 1 digital extension and 1 voip extension will call into the same webex conference number, both of them on separate pots lines on the OS7100. They will also be using the shared screen component of webex. Everything will be fine until an incoming call to the main number for the OS7100 comes in, and then the samsung voip extension will lose all audio and all the rest of the people on the webex conference will hear the incoming call ringing and then voicemail pickup. This only seems to happen when the ip extension and webex screen sharing is in use.
Anyone experience something even remotely similar to this? Samsung support had no idea and suggested upgrading software.
