We have many sv8300 PBXs connected to one SV8500 by CCIS over IP. Few of the sv8300 systems uses desk consoles, and the others use Dterm attendant terminals. all calls from the sv8300 systems to the sv8500 and vice versa go very well EXCEPT calls from the sv8500 to the "Dterm attendant
terminals".. that is when dialing "the sv8300 office code + 0".
if we dial the prime nummber of the Dterm attendant the call go.
Any idea to solve this issue?
Regards

Could it be that some of the access code is being used inbound on the remote system so that for example access code 53 gets you to a system but the 3 is preserved and becomes part of the extension number at the remote end so when you dial 530 the remote system actually sees 30. If it is, you can just deal with it in Cmd 76. In fact an easy way to test if you don't know is use CMD 76 to experiment but it would be better to work out what is being sent by the 8500

If something is going wrong from the sv8500, why the calls to the sv8300 using desk consoles go to the operator?

Automatic transfer destinations? It is possible that in these situations the default automatic transfer destinations kick in. Another setting worth checking! Command 5106 could be set on these sites for example. There are lots of possibilities to explore! At the end of the day, you need to be sure just what is being sent to the 8300s to be able to decide where the problem is occurring!
