Dear All ,
I have SV8100 System with 20 NEC IP phones DT700 and 70 baseline Pro phones all of them is connected to POE netgear Switchs with default VLAN this was from two months ago , recently the customer have problem with baseline Pro phones if there is a call from baseline to NEC phones there chopping in the call and vise verse from NEC phones to baseline but the strange thing this problem didn't appear between the NEC IP phones if there call between them

I have change the Codec on the baseline Pro to G.729 and from system side to G.729 also but the problem still but less a bit than before

Is it network issue ??
Baseline Pro issue ?
SV8100 issue ??
