I have an Inter-Tel Console Version 3.003. The operator at this console answers calls for two different companies, both companies have their own phone numbers. Is there a way for the console to indicate which number the caller is calling in on? As always, thanks in advance.

I've not used that application. However, in similar applications you have a choice of viewing caller ID or the dialed digits (perhaps the DNIS). That would tell you what number was dialed instead of information about the caller.

How does the call get to the attendant? There are a few tricks to get it to display CID and some indication of what number was dialed. One way would be to point the DID to a phantom that is manually fwd to the answering point. The display would show the CID and that it is being fwd from (phantom name).
