I have a demo IP Office 500 V2 9.0.0.0 Build 829 using Manager: 9.0.4.0 Build 965. Somehow I am now unable to log in to Configuration Service User Login with Administrator/Administrator I receive error "insufficient rights". I can log into system status with the Administrator password but not Service User. I also tried Manager/Manager. How can I resolve this? Thanks for any assistance you can give.

Check under File-Preferences-Security - see if Secure Communications is checked. I find I usually have to go to that pane 3 times in a row. First turn it off and click OK, then go back and turn it on, select None for the Manager Certificate Checks, click OK, open it one more time and turn it off, click OK.
Now, exit Manager all together, and the settings will stay when you launch it going forward.
