Hello, I've just been put in charge of an InterTel PBX system running DB Studio 1.52. Inter-Tel 8.224. Unfortunately, I had no idea that I was going to be taking care of the phone system. I have almost zero phone system experience. I was hoping you might be able to help me with an error one of my users is having. When attempting to dial outgoing, this error occurs: Outgoing Access Denied I read this post: https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/ultimatebb.php?/ubb/get_topic/f/4/t/000712.html I've checked the stations associated Extensions settings and they match all of the working extensions. I don't know how to check to see if this extension is setup under a correct trunk. Incomign calls and intercom calls work fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\CO Trunk Groups. Go to 'Outgoing Access' for each group and make sure the 'Auto: All Stations' station list is listed for both Day and Night for each Trunk Group.
