Is it possible to send a VM and/or turn on the MSG Light indicator to all agents/members of an ACD Group?
TIA

You could use msg notification - the VM can call from a list to notify (cascade table), but not light the msg light on more than one phone.

There is a way to use the cascade levels to light multiple lights but it will not be as tightly integrated as far as the MWI going out when messages are saved/deleted.

Hmmmm? Chris, tell me more please.
What the ACD Group Supervisors are looking for is a visual cue to more than one person (which we already do have set up) when a message falls into the box.
The problem is that if the supervisor who already gets that notice is unavailable, the fact that a customer has a hot issue has to wait for his return.
They just want more than one person, at least two or more, if not the whole group, to see it.
