I have an Inter-Tel Axxext. I need someone to explain in english how to program an all ring hunt group for incoming calls. I have set up an extension list. I put that extension list in members in hunt group 1. I put hunt group 1 in trunk group 1 (9201) under single ring-in (Day Ring-in). These calls are to go to Auto Attendant after 4 rings. I still only have Ext. 100 ringing. Please advise.

The members of the Hunt Group should only be the station list. Also check that all stations are flagged to ring for Hunt Group calls by going to Station Programming/Station Misc Flags. In this list, click on Hunt Group. Make sure that all your stations are in the Replace (bottom) list.

To make it ring 4 times, set your Recall timer in the Timers tab on the Hunt Group to about 18 seconds. Your Recall in the Hunt Group will then need to be the Greeting CRA, but it sounds like you got this part working.

Thanks for the advise. The flag setting for hunt group was already set for replace. It's still not working. Now they are saying that the LED's no longer go green on a call. They stay red all the time and continue to flash after voicemail has picked up. Any advise you can give would be appreciated.

If you have verified that all members of the PList are not HG removed, blow away the HG and recreate it. What happens when you just pick up a phone and dial the HG pilot?
