So we recently upgrades to a PRI, and replaced a older comdial board with a newer one and new firmware.

Our issue is that when trying to intercom users they have to press the intercom or the answer button on the phone, I have checked every phone and VAB is off. Is there anything else that needs to be programming wise to get it to auto answer intercom requests?

Press the DSS key twice or INTCM+dial station number+INTCM again.
