All,
I have inherited a Neaxmail AD 64 voicemail system. The old administrator left and did not leave Personal ID and Security code does not work. Is there a way to reset this info or someone to contact for support?
When trying to login with the NEC user I get an Invalid Security code
Any help provided is greatly appreciated!

I know this is an old thread but I figured I would give it a shot.
I have a Neaxmail AD-64 that's 15 years old and they lost the password for it. Any info on recovery would be greatly appreciated.
