We have two systems together with a T1. I can do direct trunk access and call extensions on the other end or dial 9 and call out on the trunks at the other end. However I want to use ARS in order to use other features, Trunk Queueing specifically. I think the problem is my dial rules, it doesn't see a four digit number as valid. I get a series of tones, similiar to what you would hear when you get "Incomplete Outside Number" notification, altough I do not see that in the display. I put a test station in COS 10 and changed the dial pattern to * based on what I was reading in docs being a wild card. That didn't work. What wild cards can I use, and where, in order for ARS to see any digit string length as valid? The lenght would range from 4 to 12 digits, depending if they are dialing an extension or an outside call. The station is limited to one trunk group, one route group and one facility group. The trunk group this station uses is not in any other route/facility groups.
Thanks everyone in advance.

Hmmm, not sure what that line means, but I think it means you want to use yer point-to-point T1 to make outgoing calls and 4-digit intercom calls. Outgoing calls are pretty easy:
Create a Facility Group that contains yer P2P T1 Trunk Group and Dial Rules that insert a '9' before all dialed numbers. Place this Facility Group into whatever Route Group makes sense i.e. Local, LD or all of them. If you want the P2P Facility to be used first, make sure it is the 1st Facility Group in the list in yer Route Groups.
4-digit dialing:
You do not use ARS for this. Create Phantom extensions that represent the first two digits of the extensions you want to dial. Forward those phantoms to the P2P trunk group w/ a forwarding number of it's own extension. Example:
Extensions I want to dial: 2000 through 2799.
Create phantom extensions 20 through 27. Change Station Password to 'nothing'. Forward them to P2P trunk group 92005.
Syntax: 'Infinity', 359,20,#,355,92005,20,#. This forwards station 20 to to trunk group 92005 sending digits '20'.
