I just re-installed a Vodavi 3501-01, rev 1.8. It was taken out of service last year due to the office closed and relocated. The system has 4 stations. After initial programing I get a fast busy on station 100 only.

Without lifting the handset at ext. 100, dial 691+00 and see if that clears it up.

Also station 102 has no audio coming through the handset. Speaker is ok.

Try dialing 634 at ext. 102 without lifting the handset to see if it is in the headset mode. I doubt that this will fix it, but give it a try. If not, try another phone. It might just be a bad handset.
