We have 2 sip lines from a small SIP provider called Maxotel, and try to put them into our SV9100.
We have tried different templates from NEC, including Optus, Telstra, AAPT, IINET, etc.
And now, we could make a call from SIP lines, but nothing happeds when calling the SIP DID number. SIP trunks are not registered on provider's website, even every call shows up in the call history.
Another issue is when call from the SIP lines, if you hang up, the other end is still ring for a long time. It looks like some signalling issue.
The last issue is it always gets some ghost calls showing number 1101, but nothing when you pick up. Maxotel guy said that is a DIRECT IP calls from Internet. It looks right as it is gone when we disable the port forwarding 5060 on our router.
Any suggestion for next step?

I think you need to log this with the TAC in AU. Also have you tried different carriers in PRG 10.29.14. I have found here that Carrier O (Oh) has more success that the others but sometimes it's a case of go thru them all and see if you can find one that works..
It could also be a return path issue as well.

Thank you for your reply, Paul. It's disappointed that it is difficult to get help from NEC or Maxotel.
And I have tried different Carriers in 10-29-14, Carrier O looks have conflicts with 21-17 calling party number.
return path issue, what's that?

Return path as I understand it is the path that the signal ans peach takes coming back from the SIP carrier. You should be using PRG 21.19 for OG CLID on SIP trunks. Never seen 21.17 used here..

Hi, I had issues as well for SV9100 with Telstra. You can fix it if you upgrade the firmware to 2.00.57 using Carrier G.
When I had 2.00.50 it still works fine on Carrier B but I had an issue with Caller ID. After I upgraded the system everything works fine!

Thank you, Cornell. It already has the latest firmware 2.00.57, but when I change it to Carrier G, I could call it from outside.
So it is almost working except some small issues.

The maxotel SIP trunks are almost working, I could call from/to them, but they still have some small issues.
One issue is when you call from the SIP lines, if you hang up before somebody answer it, the other end is still ring for a long time.
The other issue is caller ID is not right.
