I finally got around to signing into the new portal but I can't find any of the software downloads etc, it's all just sales and marketing.
Any insight from anyone on this?

Do you guys get news letters and bulletins? We - operations for downloads gsbn is for sales and returns.

Where do you go to get the software downloads ( Device manager etc. )

Everything is on We-Operations but you need an account and i believe your company has to have filled out the STEP paperwork to go about it. There were several emails with all of the information about how to get enrolled on June 8th.

Yeah no, we weren't privy to any e-mails. We got our account set up know we have to get our cert.'s recognized.

John, i would call customer service and get your email on the bulletin list as that's how they let you know about everything going on.
