I have a customer with a mics and they have a star talk flash from another location that was working with the old DR5 software. I connected to x-238 & 239. When i dial F983 the display says feature inactive. Will the star talk flash work on a mics? Thanks.

All depends on what software levels both are....you forgot to mention that part.

Somethings to try
F903 in case it defaulted
F**XFTEST in case it took on a new set of Feature codes

You need Flash 2.0 for it to work on 7.0 or 7.1

Yeah there is no DRX on MICS.
Its X.0 or X.1 etc.

On the card, you missed something.

It would say DR 7.0 or DR 7.1

Or go into programming under Maintenance and record the SP system version number.
