I have a customer with a Mitel system that does international calling to Mexico. I am the Provider and we are serving his Mitel with a PRI. When the customer dials their number 011-52-xx-xxxx-xxxx from their station. I am receiving on my end 11-011-52-xx-xxxx-xxxx. I am told that the 11 is the same as receiving a "+" in the Mobile phone arena. I have checked all my PRI settings and compared them to others and there is no difference.. I have tore down and rebuilt the PRI's. The extra digits have to be comming from the Mitel. I have two customers that this is happening with, and they have the same Vendor who works on the Mitel, however he is convinced that everything is programed correctly. Can anyone give me a hand where to point this guy, so he can start sending me the correct digits....

Have the Mitel tech create a new route or route list for international calling and apply a MOD of delete 1. In the ARS tables, point all 011 calls to that new route or route list.

The other thing to consider is when dialing, is the user dialing PBX access code (Usually 9) and then a 1 and then 011? The Mitel may have routing for dial 1+0 that may be inserting the 11. Also, have the Mitel Tech check the timing for digit sending after the access code is dialed. That's in form 4.
