On the NS700, using a OHP 8000, we are not sure of the wiring on a "SELV" cable. Internal MOH works, but not when change the programming to external.
The wiring on this system is a bit different to say the least

The MOH connection is the same as the older systems. There is a MOH port on the front of the NS700 that you plug in to using a mono audio cable.

the default moh port on the NS700 is the second port on the front but can be changed, and it uses bgm2 as input for moh

We could have had that set for BGM 1. I will check it out. Last thing to get working is the pager notification. It wont dial out.
I am thinking it is blocked in COS somewhere.

Got the string working. Thanks. Its a new system. Love the phones, but you gotta get used to the web s/w.
