How does one get access to fyi.toshiba.com? It looks like I will need some files from this site.

In setting up the IPedge system, I understand that I will need a file for the analog gateway. I may all need to update IP phones.

If you are configuring a Netvanta or Audiocodes gateway then the IPedge can configure the file for the gateway from the wizard and all you have to do is upload it into the gateway.

If you are updating the IPT handsets then the correct handset firmware version is already installed in the IPedge.
Go to Maintenance/Phone Software Update and update the handsets.

This is true, there is a gateway wizard built into the IPEdge management. The IPEdge systems I have installed (Excluding App servers) have been SIP trunks through the carriers. When I did use a AudioCodes gateways they was for faxes and other analog extensions. There was not a built-in wizard for analog extensions. I used configuration software from Toshiba.

Could someone please send me the upgrade file for IPedge? My Enterprise version is v1.0.0-01. I think that will help in the configuration process.

The upgrade files won't do any good if the Software support is expired. The system will refuse to upgrade if the maintenance is not current. Since you got this one used I doubt the software support has been kept up to date. It's not like the CIX system in this regard.
