Greetings,
I'm staying at a Hotel with a Mitel SX 200 E/L. The M/W light in my room is flashing. They don't have voicemail and the attendant console didn't set it. They even let me check for myself. I tried to set it and then cancel it from the console with no luck. The console doesn't have a msg read key. I've looked online and found codes 41 to set and 42 to cancel but they have room extensions that start with those digits I tried those codes with a * and # in front to no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated.

You need to check form 2 to see what the message retrieve code has been changed to. Then you can retrieve and cancel the message.
