Just got our first SV9100, trying to hook up IP phones to it and we have a small clinch. When calling from IP to IP everything works great. When we call a digital set it rings but hangs up when we answer the call. The same thing happens when we call the IP from a digital set. The other thing that happens is we cannot call the VM port. Anyone have a suggestion? We have lots of IPs on the 8100 with no troubles.

Your media gateway isn't working. You have a media gateway card right?

Just to let you know it was a license issue. It did not load correctly when we loaded it the first time.

I got a problem with how to set extension number for IP phone and SIP phone. I had tried to follow chapter 8-9 in SV9100 Networking document, but after tick into IP phone list in PcPro, the numbers still inactive in Webpro. So that i can not register the wifi SIP phone to the SV9100 system.

I am not sure the range will use for IP phone, or i got something mistake with configure.

Thanks,

Webpro will not show IP phones until they are up and running.
