What is the difference between the 7B and T&N? Thanks!

T&N includes circuit noise, current, power influence, and loss testing, which the 7B does not include. Those would be used mostly for POTS circuits. Dry loops, those tests aren't used.
Edit: forgot the most important test, COIL test! to find load coils when the LEC technician swears you aren't on a loaded pair and have to go to a vendor meet to prove yes it is a loaded pair.

I prefer the Dynatel 965. I think it does more comprehensive tests. By the way, does anyone have a Dynatel 965TD User's manual? I need one, please.

Thank you, but these are the 965DSP and not the 965TD. Completely different animal.
