I am new to the Panasonic world as I have been tasked with setting up a TVA 50 and TDA 50 for a office my parents run.

I seem to have everything setup and working with the exception of one item.

They need to have the menu transfer callers to a cell after hours and it just will not work.

I can how ever use the EFA button on a CO line to transfer the call to any outside number.

What am i missing in the setup to be able to hook-flash on the incoming CO and dial the cell number ?

I'm sure I am just missing something. (or I hope I am)
