I have a Inter-tel IP phone system with 8662 phones. I have two phones in one office and the two phones needs to ring at the same time.
Anyone have a good suggestion on how to set this up.
Thanks

Please explain the situation in wich you would like the phones to ring. The system has Hunt Groups and Secondary Extension keys that should fit your needs.

Rhett,
There is a main mailroom phone with an outside line and ext. A call comes in to this mail number. The other phone in the mailroom also has a outside line and ext. We have two people in that office and she wants her phone to ring when a call comes to main number.
i have looked at the hunt groups and have set it up following other hunt groups I did not set up. This still does not work. The second phone will not ring when a main phone call comes in. I hope you can give me some ideas. I have 3 other locations to set up.

You programmed the TrunkGroup to ring the hunt group with both phones and it didnt work? Are callers going through the AA menu tree or is it a direct ring in?
To make this easy you could assign a Secondary Extension key of the ringing phone on the phone that doesnt ring.
What system and software version do you have?
