Hello everyone! I am the IT manager of my company and among other things I manage a PBX Samsung SRV7400 . This PBX has never given problems and in recent years has always done his duty . A few days ago a strange thing is happening. All and only VOIP phones are locked and can not receive or make phone calls to both internal and external. I accessed the system and the switchboard at the meeting Alarms History I found these errors: SVMI RESTART - MGI NTWK REC - MGI RESTART - PRI RESTART - SVMI DOWN - These LOG tell you something ? thank you all

What was the date time stamp on the alarms? Are the Voip phones internal or remote?

Those errors are typical when the system reboots.
usually when this happens it's due to a high level of traffic on the network (i've seen it many times).
Run wireshark and mirror the system and mgi/oas ports as you will likely see a high ammount of broadcast or other traffic.
