Hey guys,
I have a small IT Services business and I'm expanding it to include phone and security camera services.
I have my first voice client and I'm configuring a Panasonic KX-TA824 PBX with a KX-TVA50 Voice Processing System. The two communicate via APT.
I have 3 CO lines, 2 for voice and one for fax. I set the two voice CO lines to use DISA with a OGM.
I have 3 extensions, 1 operator and two others.
I set the Service group for these extensions to Custom Service.
My problem is that when I try to login to the mailbox for each extension it wont let me. The instructions say to enter the extension for the VPS, which in this case is 107, and when I enter those numbers I get rejected.
Any ideas would be very appreciated.
Thanks..

Assuming you set the VPS for APT on extensions 107 and 108 with 2 4-conductor cables to ports 1&2, the vps should go solid red when the interface is complete. Now you dial 107 and key in #6 *EXT.

Oops. I only have one VPS port wired. I'll change the setting to ports 7&8 and connect the 2nd cable PBX 8--2 VPS
Thanks! Will let you know how I make out.
