It seems as if I were told this isn't possible from tech support, but I thought I would see if anybody figured out a way to do it. When the auto attendant transfers a call, it provides RBT instead of MOH. When I transfer manually, it will work. Is there a setting to make AA transfers play MOH instead of RBT?

There is a camp on rbt or moh setting and a transfer moh/rbt setting both in pgm 160. I would think the AA uses tranfer moh/rbt like all the other stations but it can't hurt to play with both settings and see what happens.

Ya, I already changed those with no effect. I suppose it can't be done. Thanks anyway.
