Hi All,

I need to be able to log the Wake-up calls at one of our locations via printer or just capturing raw data to a file. this is a feature of this system and want to know if there is an easy way to accomplish this with the NEC NEAX 2000IVS. we do have an AP00 card that is currently connected to our call accounting software for the SMDR data i think on port 0. i will have to double check tomorrow but the other 3 ports should be open. i do not have access to matworx but i am familiar with using cat mode from one of our phones. if i can at least get the raw data saved to a file for veiwing/parsing later if there is an issue that would be sufficient for my needs. any help is greatly appreciated!

There is a lot to do for this feature. I suggest you go to www.wedophones.com and download a feature programming manual. Look it up and follow the instructions. Note, there is a special cable for Hotel/Motel printer connections.
