Hi folks, looking for a bit of translation help here.
I have a customer that has now gotten a few ghost messages. It looks like one station (202) is sending a message to the other (208) but it is in the middle of the night when nobody is in the office.
Here is the applicable bit from the log:
4) [MOD 02 Night] New call - Wed Mar 2 1:18:30 2016 CP 1:18.30.69 4) Collecting out of band data 4) [MOD 02 Night] CODE = CID = <202> FID = <208> TRUNK = <> 4) [MOD 02 Night] Searching on Call Code - NS 4) [MNU Forward Station] 4) [MNU Forward Station] Searching on Forwarding party ID - 208 CP 1:18.30.75 4) Key set to <208> CP 1:18.30.79 4) External circuit detected 4) [EXT 01 CATHY] No answer 4) [EXT 01 CATHY] Caller made no request CP 1:18.45.46 4) NO-ENTRY translated to MESSAGE 4) [MBX 01 CATHY] Recording message CP 1:29.32.41 4) No response from caller CP 1:29.32.41 4) Recording complete 4) [MBX 01 CATHY] Message 00000749 delivered to [MBX 01 CATHY] 4) [MBX 01 CATHY] Caller disconnected 4) VM hanging up
Can anyone help me suss out what's going on here?
Thanks in advance,
-WIll

Bad phone, not uncommon. I see it a lot with 8 button idcs phones for some reason. Also in bad refurb or repaired phones.
