HI! I have a Svmi2 halteafter rebooting /resetting button , the 2 voicemail ports 381/382 are not available , i can't seem to get my hyper-terminal to let me into block menus/ utilities etc, i have unassigned ports and put them back in , tried calling the ports directly not available , i had it ringing nthe ports a couple of times but no AA would answer , then the ports go available . Does the voicemail need to be repaired or replaced , i tried a refrag/ and check disk,, no difference .

Try defaulting the voicemail from the command prompt.

HERE is an update , got another SVMI2E works in the customers DS616 r2 cabinet , take issue SVMI2E put it in anther DS616 r2 cabinet works find take back out put SVMI2E back in customers KSU ,no VM ports available , default system load program in ,still no VM ports available, take out put refurb. VM in works find ,, take problem VM put in other KSU works fine?? Friggin Nutts. Customer is Happy .
