Question guys?

I have the system configured using DISA with two extensions and an operator. Extensions 102, 103 and 0 for operator.

I'm being asked that when a call comes in and the caller selects extension 103 that the operator be rang first and than if she doesn't pick up or is busy that the call then rolls over to extension 103. Is this possible?

if they dial 103, and have that forward to the operator it will ring the operator phone but you wont be able to get it to bounce back to 103 and anyone ringing 103 will get 0 as well

easy answer is no
