I'm Having a problem when trying to access System Parameters in the DM tool remotely via a public IP address. Error comes back saying Failed to connect to FTP server. All other menus work fine, only this menu causes this error.

Check DM 5.13.9 to DM 5.13.11 to clear your IP address
Best to have static or use VPN to connect to the systems network
