Hello,
I have a older Inter-Tel axxess system that we have had for years and management doesn't want to replace yet. We are changing providers and the new provider would like to know if we require 4 or 10 digits.
I have looked in the DB programming and cannot find anything which specifically states how it is currently configured.
Our software version is 9.100
The original dealer is no longer available so I am hoping to be able to handle this transition myself. All numbers are being ported to the new provder so in theory no configuration changes should be necessary.

Navigate to System/Trunk-Related Information then Call Routing Tables. You may have 1 or 2 tables. The Pattern Fields are how many digits you are currently getting. Good Luck!
