Partner acs partner messinging VM. It has died, I have no manmual for this revision r6 or 7. The vm ports are divided between two departments, I think it has 6 or 8 ports with 48 mail boxes. The main program is in the ksu but the recordings are in the vm, that is where i may need some help. Thanks Gary S.

The VM ports don't get divided per department, they all go in Hunt Group 7. The incoming lines get pointed to the AA or to an individual mailbox. In the AA section of the VM, you probably have multiple AA's, and that's where you specify which AA (1, 2, 3, or 4) answers which lines. Any line NOT assigned to AA 2, 3, or 4 will be answered by AA 1. And all this VM programming is stored on the hard drive of the VM, so it hasn't gone anywhere. You probably just need to program the VM ports into the group and you'll be fine
