Greetings, I'm sure this has been asked before. I normally set a ring plan day button and a ring plan night button on the attendants phone. I have a client that came from another system where the button was a toggle off for day on for night. For the life of me on the Samsung I can't see how to do it. I could set call forwarding the issue there is their attendant also needs her own voicemail box. Any thoughts or is using two buttons the best way to do it? Thanks as always,

A toggle works great when you have only two choices. Samsung has six ring plans. Your best bet is a button for each plan you intend to use, or convince the customer that one button, a password and a plan number are the way to go. First, you may have to convince them to remove the phrase 'our old phone system' from their vocabulary. That makes life sweeter for everyone!
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
