Good morning everyone... We have had an Officeserv in our company for a few years now... But the engineer that used to admin it has now left... Leaving me with the task of it... We have now moved office, and I need to reconfigure the unit. Problem is... He cant remember the admin password... I have tried resetting with the switch on the side of the unit (holding down for 30+ seconds)... Both default admin passwords... Using MMC 811... Im stuck! I can get in VERY briefly with the IT using the default password (the one beginning with S) after I have cleared the memory with MMC 811, but cant stay in long enough to change the password. The box then resets and the default no longer works... Help!  Thanks for your time

I'm sure you have probably seen the other thread here https://sundance-communications.com...fficeServ_7030._The_password_#Post599526Samsung can help you gain access to it.Obviously you must have the password for keyset programming? Most of what you need to configure should be able to be accomplished by that method.
