Hi guys,

I have a KX-TA824 and a KX-TVA50 voice processor configuration. I'm using DISA with an OGM (without auto attendant).

I recently had to install a 3 CO 8 jack expansion card to accommodate a 4th CO line.

My problem is that CO #1 and CO #4 are both not working since I installed the expansion card.

Is there something that Im missing in the config? CO#1 was working fine but since I installed the expansion card it won't pick up a call when configured for DISA but it will pick up a call if configured for DIL.

Any help would be really appreciated.
