Hi, we have an SV8100 and weve just upgraded to the latest version of UC desktop and shared services, the issue were having is now when we dial a number from outlook or an alternate number on a UC user it is not adding the 0 for an outside line, I have checked in the phone and modem options but they are set to 0 for an outside line.
any help would be appriciated

Phone and modem option on the UC machine right? Also if you change this the UC server will need a restart from when I've seen this issue here.. I assume you're in Ozz as your profile has not been completed and AU is the only country I know that has zero as a trunk access code??

Hi sorry, been off sick, I have checked the phone and modem options on the server and set the location and 0 for an outside line, now its putting 0011 infront of all numbers.
cant win.
