Customer wants their new CIX (with SIP trunks) setup like a square key system. GCO keys work fine for inbound and outbound, but they want if no answer the calls to go to a mailbox.

Is this possible? I thought the 'Owner PDN' field in the GCO key would make call follow that station's SCF but it just rings and rings.

Any way to make RNA call to a GCO key forward somewhere?

I would just DID to an extension. The GCO keys should still flash and ring and the RNA calls should go to the voicemail box.
