My system had a power outage , when power was restored all 10 phones started to act up . All 10 phones will dial out ,only 2 phones can receive calls , No one can transfer a call , no one can dial internal , only two ring with incoming calls, On 8 of the phones the buttons do not work and the intercom does not work

Power the system down. Wait 1 minute. Restart and test. This will give a clean boot unless the database or hardware has been corrupted.
