Hello Yall,
One of our customers has a Siemens Optipoint 500 Advance phone system, I have the following questions about it:

1- Does it have an External MoH port?
2- If Yes, then is it a n RCA/Mini RCA, or a punch-down?
3- Does this system support storing and playing MoH Audio files Internally?
4- If Yes, what is the supported file format, and is there a maximum audio file size limit we need to stay under?

That is a phone model and not system. the hipath 3000 can have an slt- a/b port changed to be a music on hold port, the newer unify system does have internal storage but not for large files, still use an external player on a analogue port or you can get a daughter card to connect where the extra Siemens dongle with internal music on it plugged in

I presume the 4k does as well but, I don't know that too well
