WE have 3 used IPT-2010-SD phones that i cannot enter programming mode to setup for our system. I was able to get in once on one of them but that was it.
It is a CIX100.
I am pressing the 3,6,9,Hold and nothing.
It says "IPAddress setting..." and then "Can't set IP Address"
When I was in that one time I noticed the phone was set to Manual IP.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Have you plugged the curly handset cord into the headset port on the bottom of the phone? If you have then you are NOT able to get into handset programming via the 369 HOLD
