I have 4 CO lines & 10 extensions. 3 lines I want going to the VPS90 AA but the forth I just want it to continue to ring on all extensions and not go to voicemail. I've went through all documentation for past 2 weeks but can't figure it out. I know its something simple I'm over looking. Can some one assist or private message me?

Dil the 3 lines to the voicemail extensions and leave the forth normal and program it in ringing table for extensions you want to ring

Thanks for the reply. If I leave the CO mode to normal on 4th line it automatically sends the calls to VSP AA after my ring delay.
Right now I have it setup the complete opposite. First 3 lines on normal and 4th with DIL but that only rings 1 extension.

Hello OBT, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. It was a simple configuration I overlooked.
