Hi,
MITEL 3300 ICP.
i have DID line and it is ringing at hunt group 437. when the call is coming the members are getting ring in circular .
I required to give an option to the caller if nobody has attend the call with in 5 rings.
I have activated voice mail for the hunt group pilot number (437)and call reroute form 1st alternate to voice mail hunt group pilot number.
but still the incoming calls are keep on ringing at hunt group members and not answer by voice mail.
i have missed some programing steps , i am sure.
help appreciated.

Did you reroute through Options in the Hunt Group form?
