Hello All!
It's been years since I have worked on Samsung phone systems, so excuse my lack of knowledge!
I have a client with a Samsung 7400. Many of the phones (not all, but most) are doing very short blips, not rings, with the message "NO CID INFO". The client calls it "ghost ringing". The Call 1 button will flash, but no incoming call to answer. Attempting to hit the call 1 button does not stop the message or the blip.
Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?
