Has anyone interfaced a 7000 system to Skytouch PMS ?
They claim Samsung compatibility, but when we connect PMS port 5107 to their serial port ( via adapter ) they can't see anything coming from us. We see the status as being up.

We're installed and waiting to cutover.
We've asked Skytouch to contact other Samsung dealers but we haven't heard back yet.

Getting kinda urgent.
