How do I create a new extension in the VMMI system. I have a new ext made that was available and I have her program in. But the IP phone comes up and says register fail every time. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

Wayyyy to many variables on what could be the issue. Could be bad programming in VMMI, lack of licenses, not enough VoIP channels, wrong programming on VoIP board, network issues, etc.

Sorry for being so vague. I was able to move 2 existing ext to the people that needed hem, but any new ext I create doesn't work. I believe the network is good. I feel a lot better about the network side than I do the vmmi side. I am sure its something in there that is the problem. This is my first experience with vmmi. How would I tell if I don't have enough licenses or VoIP channels.

You'd have to look at the number of licenses allowed and how many are assigned to the board that runs the VoIP sets.
